Shipping Policy

• Valor Multimedia will ship your order as soon as possible. Regular orders are shipped at standard shipping times. We do not promise nor guarantee that specific orders will be shipped/arrive on a specific day.
• Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS).
   Valor Multimedia reserves the right     to choose a shipping carrier for the delivery of your order(s).
•  Customers can request that their order(s) be shipped by a carrier of their choice. However, there may be additional fees applied. Please contact us for additional information.
•  A physical address is needed for all orders. We cannot ship to a post office box.
•  For any drop ship order, a $7 handling fee will be added per box.

• For any special shipping such as Next Day, Second Day, Third Day, or expedite shipping, the customer is responsible for additional shipping & handling costs.
• Reminder: After receiving your merchandise please double check the box content. In the event of any physical damage of item(s) incurred during shipping, it is theCustomer's sole responsibility to contact us within 2 business days in order to process the claim for damages of shipped goods.
