Shipping Policy

• Valor Multimedia will ship your order as quickly as possible. Regular orders will be shipped in standard shipping times. Do not guarantees or promises that orders will shipped/arrived on a specific day.
• Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS).
   Valor Multimedia reserves the right to choose the best carrier to   Ship your orders.
•  Alternate Carriers Customer need to specify an alternate carrier, a handling fee will be applied.
•  A physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box.
•  Any drop ship order, a $7 handling fee will be added for each box.

• For any special shipping e.g. Next Day, Second Day, Third Day, and expedite shipping, customer will be responsible for additional Shipping & Handling cost.
• Reminder: for the receiving the merchandises please double check the box count, and if there is any physical damage or shortage of the shipment that is the Customer’s responsibility to contact us within 2 business day in order to process the claim.
